We own and operate datacentres in major cities throughout Australia and New Zealand. We host our payroll and HRIS applications in our own datacentres and run both production and DR sites in each country so that you know where your data is stored.

We have over a thousand software developers and we write our own payroll and HRIS software. The combination of our experience in payroll and our capability in software development means that we have been able to create the best payroll software available. It’s quick and easy to implement and very efficient to use.

No Capex

All of our payroll and HRIS applications are cloud based and provided to you on a Software as a Service (SaaS) model. You only pay for what you use and you avoid having to invest capital in hardware and software that goes out of date and ties you into a system that you are likely to outgrow. At the same time, your total cost of ownership will be lower because we have the advantage of scale.

No upgrades

With our cloud applications you are always accessing the latest version with all of the latest patches and functionality. You will never again have to:

• Own and maintain a separate test system
• Develop, maintain and run test plans
• Reconcile parallel runs between test system and production

All that needs doing is to setup and configure your company in our database, configure our GL interface to you FMIS, import your data, test for expected results using parallel runs, cutover and then decommission your legacy system. We will help you with all of this.

You need to be confident that you can pay your staff whatever happens. Our applications are always running in multiple datacentres and your data is continuously replicated between two datacentres in separate cities. As long as you have access to an Internet connection you will always be able to process your payroll. In the event that your payroll staff are unable to process your payroll for any reason, our own payroll staff can help.
